Robert Florio. The Artist.
A standup comic with a rock star
sensibility and insightfully charming
personality has propelled himself as an
amazing artist and inspiration. Robert’s
past experiences, one of which injured
his spinal cord at the age of 14 diving
into a swimming pool, has given a new
outlook and a path to Robert's life.
Robert Florio is like the Dane Cook of
people in wheelchairs.  Robert is 27
years old and is a phenomenal artist not
just on stage speaking but using his
mouth to create strikingly realistic
artwork and expressions. Robert’s
shows are let up with artwork, music
sung by Robert, poems, all in hysterical
tone and sarcastic wit of insight and
passion. Robert translates and
captivates the frustrations of everyday
life for him living with a paralysis.
Moving forward and not looking back is
how Robert maintains a positive
message. Find Robert performing at
The Comedy Factory in Baltimore,

My Goals
Robert’s experience and insight is brought to the
entertainment forefront when speaking and creating art
spanning, history, science, art, health care, politics,
religion, relationships, rock 'n roll, to say the least, and
all comically delivered with the intention to inspire and
motivate success. Robert is in the process of
publishing his autobiography, illustrating a children's
book, while recording his day-to-day life in the efforts
to create another documentary in the near future.
Robert is currently booking to go out and tell his story.

Support
I have created a fund through The National Transplant Fund.  My art
work someday will support me but for now I am selling my artwork
and receiving donations from people who want to help me reach my
goal.  Life is very difficult for a person with a disability and I have
always needed to get some help to afford the things that insurance
will not cover. As I grow as an artist and as a person there are many
things that would benefit my success and my life. I hope you can help
me live a better quality of life as a person with a disability. Your
contributions will definitely help me reach my goals, and in the end
my goals will help many others in my situation through the art and
career of my future.
